I have had the opportunity to live in many apartment style communities in my 36 year life. Prior to moving to the Legends at Chase Oaks on Legacy, about a mile west of HY75, I lived in Las Colinas ? in the high rent dist. - ARG. The Legend?s complex management not only will listen to your suggestions but also will act upon your request for; bettering the grounds to placing road speed signs to giving assistance to the residence. The gated community has a play center, day and night programs, resident mixers, picnics, movie nights, limited day/night care, DVD?s to borrow, beautiful well-kept grounds with a large swimming pool and much more. (Not to mention the complex is located right off the Case Oaks golf course.) I have had a very pleasant time in my three years staying here and don?t plan moving soon. I strongly recommend anyone looking for a; quiet, young family and young executive age group style of community to strongly consider the Legends at Chase Oaks.
