I have lived at the Legends since 2002.
If it were not for the Guy who lives above me and his mis-treated dog it would be the best place I have ever lived.
I have complained no less than three times about this guy (who either doesn't work or works odd hours)
He leaves his dog outside on the patio and the dog (like most dogs) barks uncontroallby at everything that moves.
It would not be so bad if he took care of the dog but he does nothing. I know there will be many who will not believe this but this guy opens and closes his back door every two minutes and he does some kind of heavy lifitng or moving unitl 3:00 AM or 4:00 AM in the morning. The noise is excruciating.
I am now having trouble sleeping and am my wits end on what to do since I have complained and it never gets better.
In general I would say that the Legends cares more about Pets and their owners than they do about the tenants who do not own pets.
There is supposed to be a leash law but quite a few people let their dog run loose and defecate wherever they may be...and no they do not clean up after their dog
I can't afford to move so I guess I will just have to pray that something changes
