This place is absolutly horrible. The staff is rude and the apartments are very cheaply made. You can tell the staff wrote all the positive comments to counter act all the negative. Do not move here you will regret it! I promise!

You know, there is always that one person in every group that just does not seem to fit in. They are probably overwhelmed that a place is so nice that police are not driving through the neighborhood taking names down of those who witnessed a drive-by shooting. This person needs to go back to the housing project, get counseling to identify the problem they have is within themselves and not pass their inept social skills to anyone else. Sure there were a few things the Legends needed to work on - just like any community. However, when I lived there the staff was more than happy to not only listen to the request but ACTED on it. They acted upon them immediately and satisfied the request fully. They NEVER let me down for my three plus years living there. Please take this persons review with a grain of salt. When you have a person complaining about something, know they personally have a lot more on their mind than a stinky garbage bin or the surroundings they live in. They need somebody to blame for the corner they have painted themselves into in life. And know, for every one negative letter there are 150 positive letters never written to a housing development. (1998, Better Business Bureau - Bureau of Statistics) This person is WRONG saying that the Legend employees are the ones writing the positive reviews. I was a resident who started another company out of state so I moved and have in the past, as I will in the future speak VERY highly of the Legends development. I nearly take offence of this persons view. However, everyone has a right to his or her opinion no matter how misinformed or begrudged they are. Steven A.

Ok Steven, just because you like this hell on earth, dont paint a picture of someones personality because I think you are insane. Is that fair to say about you. Social people who have any skills can see that you really want to be accepted by these people for whatever reason and putting others down to make your self feel better is just plain transparent. I think you are the one with the issues and maybe you think this place is so great because your from the projects but truthfully, this is not a luxury complex just because its in the title. Anyone with any kind of class would know that.
