Well I just moved here and so far this complex is paradise compared to where I used to live.The people in the office are nice and my neighbors are too. My car alarm went off the other night and when I checked it out my neighbors were out there also to see if everythings ok. Now I like that. You need to have neighbors that show concern. Since I been here I've seen 4 spiders. 3 dead and 1 alive. I took care of that. No problem. To the person complaining about spider or spiders, dude that aint nothing compared to what I been thru at my old spot. How bout having your apartment infested with roaches. It's a long story. If you wanna know the scoop go see apartment rating for Montfort Oaks titled Hell Hole Roach Motel Building 18. I guarantee what you trippin bout aint jack s@#% compared to what I been thru. To the person titled My Dear or whomever, for the record I don't work for The Legends. I work for Verizon. (Note: If you weren't refering to me, then my bad disregard what I said.) From what I seen so far I would recommend this spot. To the peps that had a bad experience I'm sorry to hear. Hopefully if management go on this website and see the complaints then maybe they'll try to improved in the areas they are lacking. That's what a good manager would do.
