My wife and I have lived here for a year and are moving soon. About a quarter of the time we were unable to use the master bathroom because of blockages in all the pipes that the plumbers could not fix timely. You have to beg to get a new air condition filter. They turn on the sprinklers twice a day and at the absolute worst times so that it is almost impossible to get in your car without getting soaked. Our ceiling was soaked by water from the apartment above and still has not been fixed. I was bitten by a brown recluse but fortunately was not allergic to the bite. The spiders run rampant. Etc.
