ok...heres a teenagers perspective...the spider arent that bad in the back but they are rather large...keeping your space clean is imperative..but it has a lovely view good location for high schoolers...really isnt that far from anything..sure, maybe not walkig distance, but is still pretty dang close...neighbors have been rather nice...very nice employees...annual events held by the cares staff...very personable neighbors...i honestly dont mind it
