I've been living here for about a year and a half. The property is pretty new, well maintained, quite and clean. Any maintenance request I had was solved promptly. I didn't have spiders or other sort of insects, as some people said. However, this place could be perfect if not for people who don't care about the others and don't follow the rules of living in a community (parking on others spots, don't picking after their dogs, making noise or stealing the weights from the fitness center); it is amazing how badly educated some people are! Fortunately, pleople come and go...
