I have lived here since July 2005 and don't have a problem. I live in a one bedroom apartment and am sad to go, but with gas prices and traffic, it makes more sense for me to move closer to Dallas. I was a student at CCCC for the duration of my stay, and it was an easy commute to their Spring Creek Campus. The community is very safe. I have accidentally left my truck unlocked with tools, wallet, computer, etc overnight and it wasn't so much as touched. It's a quiet community, especially on the weekends for some reaon. There is normally plenty of parking for all. I have two vehicles, as do a 2 other people in my building, and there is still plenty of room for visitors. The management has been very reasonable with me and repairs have been prompt and friendly. My counters were scratched upon move in and when i commented on the inital walkthrough, they made sure it was taken care of promptly. I live in the A2 unit, which is really nice with a large patio and a lot of natural light let in through the abundance of windows. The only downside to the windows is high energy bills, but definitely worth it. Depending on the deal you receive, the rent may or may not be a little more than some of the other apartments in the area, but even if it's a little more, it's definitely worth it. As for the bug issue that it touched upon in some of the reviews, I have never had a problem. My apartment is surrounded by gardens on 2 sides. From time to time, I'll get ants, which are taken care of within a week when i tell the office staff. It use to be Wednesday, but now they've switched to Terminex, it is Thursday. The location is nice - about 1 min from 75, which you cannot hear from the apartment normally. 25 min to downtown Dallas, 7 min to Bush. Overall, nice staff, great grounds, aim to please.

I am the creator of this review and I am in no way affiliated with the office. It's a shame that a well composed review gets accused of being written by a staff member. No apartment complex is perfect, but there was nothing seriously wrong with this place as far as my experience goes.
