When I first moved in the Management and comminity was great.
In the last 1&1/2 years. The management has become rude and very arrogant. Maintenance is slow and sloppy. I recommend to send any problems you are having with your apartment, write it down make three copies and send it by certified mail.
Make sure the owner of the property and mananagement company get certified letters to.
Protect yourself from being retailiated against. Before you take this action make sur all your rent is up to date plus if you have a pet that the pet deposit is payed.
The property management name is fair Residence based out of Irving Tx Make sure the letter is written to the DBA name of the company.
To Find the Owner of The property just look at at the who pays the taxes on the property,
You can find this info out at collin court house on line. The Owner is a Newyork annuity
Company.
If you do this procedure you will find that you will get things resolve imiedatly.
Problems in last year and half. Much younger Crowd has moved in. Noise Level has increase
Brown Recluse, black Widows Spiders,Carpenter ants and a abundance of Fire ants around the grounds. Very high mould count in each apartment, Eletrical wiring just passes city code. In summer pool is filthy hot tub is a great place to get a nasty bacterial infection. No management availible at weekends. Etc, Etc, Etc.
Learn your Texas rights as a Tennant,Look at your States rights Plus your city Ordanace codes. The Lease contract you signed is a one sided contract so donot be afraid on how it reads. We do have rights to but there do not disclose them. Take time and learn them or this company will abuse them.
Just remember we pay there wages without as there would not get payed.
I will never ever renew my contract with this apartment complex. Actually I will terminate it early to get out of the Nightmare. Watch out for the lies, ask for references from some of the older renters who have lived here for longer than Three years.
My Vote would be Zero across the board.
