Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007
 
Apts are nice but not energy efficient / Electricity cost ranged from 150.00 - 225.00 in summer and winter months were worst the windows lose warm air. Cost to stay warm 225.00 -300.00 per month. Management team is good as well as maintenence needs.
