I am not management (believe me or not), I am a resident - still. I moved to this complex in 2003 and have enjoyed calling the Legends my home. When the task of researching apartment complexes presents itself - I do things like check out what kind of ppl I would be living amongst, because it is important and I am PICKY and a little snobbish. This property won my vote.

Part of my research consisted of me driving through parking lots (of several properties) on weekday evenings, weekends, day and night, to see what kinds of autos were in the lot, who was hanging out or loitering in the lot, etc. The Legends were quiet and clean, so I moved here.

Ever since that December of 2003 when I moved in, I have never had one instance where I felt that management was rude, uncaring, vindictive, etc. I have actually only had to call maintenance 3 times, and each time they responded within a 2-3 hour window. The staff has always been friendly to me. Maybe it's because I approach any issues I may have with honey - not vinegar. Although I am not a college grad or a big wig at my place of business, I am very professional and approach all situations as such.

Also, I never hear my neighbors, unless of course they are leaving, as the garages are on the bottom level, in my case - under my living room. I DID have one kid whose car was a Honda on steroids and that was irritating, but he moved. Thankfully. Other than that, I hear nothing.

My only complaint is insulation. It is wintertime now and walking by my windows you can almost feel a breeze from outside. This in turn makes your heating bill a bit elevated; And vice versa in the summer. I have put up some drapes made of thicker fabric than usual and it helps - a little. Really, that is my only problem.
