Over the last 2 years it has gotten terrible living here. At night there are parties and people riding scooters through the parking lot at a high rate of speed honking their horns. It's WORSE on the weekends. Several times there have been couples screaming at each other and fighting until the police arrived. Forget about calling the after hours security officer. He is a police officer that works nights! What good is that' The portable basketball goals are trashy looking, noisy and NEED TO GO! Tennant's shouldn't be forced to listen to a bouncing ball and the banging noise a ball makes when it's hits the garage door all day. It clearly states in the lease that there is to be no playing of sports in the parking lot. Several times I have had kids chasing balls dart out in front of me while driving to and from my apartment. I drive right at 10mph while on the property which will get you run over here. I have never seen so many people drive like it's a 4 lane road like I have seen here. One of the maintenance men that owns a silver truck drives like a teenager that stole his dad's truck. It has loud exhaust and he wants us all to hear it while he drives back and forth through out the day for some reason. The grounds look great at the front gate, get into the property and it looks terrible. The electric bills are terrible. I run my thermostat at 77-78 and my bills average 250 during the summer. I had a few that were over 300 in the winter even though I had the thermostat set at 68! That's ridiculous. I have friends with 2,000 square foot homes that pay less. The entry gates are a joke. They are open all day then closed at night as if thieves don't steal things during the day. There have been MANY motorcycles stolen here as well as cars broken into. I could go on but I just keep getting more irritated about my time spent here. You would think after spending $12,000.00 a year for 3 years living here someone in the office would care if you were happy or not. The answer I see is NO so I will be moving this year.

If anyone that works for the management is reading this it wouldn't take much to make this place nice again. Instead of reading these complaints and listing postive description's, ADDRESS THE COMPLAINTS! They are real.

I agree with you 100 % that is why I moved from this complex in 2004. I just couldn't take the noise anymore. Management didn't care then and it looks like they could care less now. Apartment mgrs talk the talk to get you to sign but when it comes to enforcing their end of the lease they don't give a damn.

UHHHHH DO U LIVE IN THE SAME COMMUNITY AS I DO??? I HAVE NEVER HEARD, SEEN, OR EXPERIENCED ANY OF WHAT U SAY, AND I AM HOME MORE THAN I AM AWAY.....SOUNDS LIKE SOMEONE WHO DOESN'T PAY THEIR RENT AND HAS A BEEF WITH THE COMPANY ASKING TO BE PAID IF U ASK ME....I AM VERY VERY PICKY AS TO WHERE I LIVE, AND BELIEVE ME, I'M NOT AFRAID TO COMPLAIN ABOUT THINGS, AND I HAVE ONLY HAD TO COMPLAIN ONE TIME ABOUT SOMETHING MINOR, AND IT WAS TAKEN CARE OF IMMEDIATELY. SO I SAY, GET OVER YOURSELF, AND MOVE ON!!!!
