This place has had several violent crimes and drug users and dealers living here. The worst was the guy that was shot on his balcony in the morning and in front of everybody. The only thnig the Managment did was close the gates to fix the problem. Seveal cars have been stolen out of the complex, and people try to walk into your apartment at all times of the night. This place is going down hill FAST do your homework for your safety. Or just ask them abuot it. they can't lie about the killings they have had.

I used to live there (5 years)and while I did, it was awesome. I never felt unsafe, HOWEVER, I moved out in Spring 08, after new ownership took place. Hearing about that man being shot to death on his balcony made me feel that I literally dodged a bullet. Just before I moved out, you could notice that the screening process bar for new tenants lowered WAY down. There were more yahoos around the complex drinking and working on broken down vehicles, more young 'adults' riding dirt or mini bikes in the lot at a high rate of speed, more of those kids that think their cars are like the one on The Fast and Furious movies, etc. I hated living there at the end and felt so completely blessed that I found a house nearby in a neighborhood where I feel happy and content. OH and one more thing.. you think your getting a deposit back? HA HA good luck...they will come up with reasons why you shouldn't. I got.. 'we have no record of that' and 'oh that was an administrative fee' and 'Our new management...' ALL BULL! I used to highly recommend this complex to friends or family looking for an apt, but no mas.. seems like the quality of living has gone down and they jerked me around, so they get no more favors from me.
