When I moved Here it was so great, at first. They had one leasing agent that is no longer here that wouldn't do anything but talk on her phone, so just to get a few leases she leased to a bunch of people that couldnt pay there rent broke all the rules of this property from pet violations to just having a bunch of unwanted eliment here. Well that kind just follows her around. The manager is never there and doesnt do anything when she is from what I can tell. She is worthless, I want her job get paid for doing nothing. Now the good stuff, The leasing agent that is still here is superb for an understatement. She is always helpful, she tells you the truth and doesnt blow smoke just to suffice you. Always in a good mood. She is a very warm person, All the residents love her, anytime something needs to be done she is on top of it. The assistant manager unlike the manager she is supper, always in a good mood I have seen her help show apartments. If you have Questions about your rent she has always got the answer. The L.A and the A.M. Keep this place going. The maintenance guys are great they are just overwhelmed. I like it here I say get rid of the manager that doesnt do anything and hire back the maintenance guy they laid off.
