I've lived here for about a year and a half, and I really like it. The apartments both inside the units and outside with the landscaping...are awesome! Maintenance guys are super nice and super quick to fix anything. And the landscaping is really pretty and kept very clean. The community is safe and the staff is friendly and always on top of things. Overall, it's a quiet community. I very much enjoy living here! The only downside is that many of the kids here have basketball hoops set up outside their garages. Some of the parents seem to let the apartment complex at large babysit their children. So...children playing can get a little noisy. Otherwise, it's a great place to live.

Have you ever had issues with bugs, roaches or roadants (sp)? I am moving from an apartment that no matter how clean I kept it there was always a roach coming in from somewhere. I don't know if it's because there was a creek behind the complex or if it was because they didn't spray.
