Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2005
 
I just moved in here last weekend and so far so good. My few minor requests for repairs have been met with prompt service and cheerful attitude by Orlando, the head maintenance man here. I hope things continue to remain positive here but I believe this apartment is a good value for the money.
