I have lived here for a month now. I am very pleased. The people here seem really nice and have even come up to me while walking the dog to introduce themselves. Pretty good value for far north Plano area. The customer service in the office has been very good as well and all my requests have been met in a timely manner. Parking seems to be plentiful meaning you can actually park near your apartment and the place is VERY well lit. lol.

The one negative thing I have to say is that the grounds are kind of plain. The golf course view is nice, however that is only one side. If you're like me, you will have a lovely view of the parking lot with only small trees and grass areas on the median. The outside stucko needs a new coat of paint due to the white is starting to look a little dull. They do mow the lawn often here though which is a good thing I guess. It is extremely quiet though which I highly value in an apartment. The inside of the apartments are fantastic.

All in all, a good place to rent if you like living FAR FAR north on the edge of the country but still close to the suburbs. It is conv. to Frisco, Allen McKinney and of course your still in Plano.
