lower quality over time

Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2005
I moved in 2001 when things were much, much better.
The management often does not respond to repair or filter-change requests. You have to go back SEVERAL times to get things done. Two women in the leasing office are not very nice and sensitive to common requests except when you have to renew the lease (the manager can be nice).
Over years, they allowed a LOT of bad people to lease here (I guess no checks into their background) and this is reflected in a lot of damages done to the property (fitness room, gates, etc)
Be careful with the pool - water was so clean in 2001; now is cloudy, and a film can develop on its surface at times. The crew that takes care of the green area is very, very bad!! On the good side, the renting price is low and the place is noise-free and it looks good. I strongly encourage you to lease month-to-month as opposed to signing a lease (not big price difference, but you are not given a $2,050 bill when you HAVE to break the lease. Good luck!
