Terrible!! Have allowed a bad croud to move in! Very nosiy neighbors and no help from the office staff. Hilda and Pat are extremely rude. Very nice when its time to sign or renew a lease but rude and unhelpful any other time. Maintience doesnt work weekends and the security officer never responds to calls. Cheap rent, but not worth it. Also they dont tell you that its next to a dump and can smell pretty bad in the summer!
