I had a severe problem with the 2 bedroom apt. I was in. The Concrete Floor was falling apart! In the Pantry and the Master Bed and Bath. It was handled professionaly by the former office staff but the maintainance mixed the concrete inside the apt. so concrete dust got all over everything and was never cleaned. I transferred into a smaller unit and it is OK so far.
I am not very happy with the new management or maintainance team. They are rude and unhelpful and the new owners are trying to stick folks with additional late fees that are not part of the lease contract signed with the previous owners. They may want to check the laws on doing this themselves. Others have.
