I have lived here for almost 2 years now and I have no complaints. When you live in an apartment community as opposed to a house, there are certain things you accept as concessions based on that decision - i.e. apartment upkeep/renovation/painting, etc. may not happen on your time schedule. In an apartment community this size, it is expected that painting the entire complex will take a very long time.

Maintenance is not slow. For most of my requests, I have had service within a day - same day if it was an emergency. The office staff has always been 100% pleasant and helpful to me even when it is clear they have had a stressful day.

Perhaps the people who continue to bash the apartments and the management should take a look at how they are treating the management. If I was approached as aggressively and rudely as many of these people have come across just in their reviews, I would be defensive as well. Give them a break!

In all the apartments I have lived in, this one is by far the best. I would definitely recommend it. No trouble with neighbors or noise, great staff, great floor plans, reasonable price, great perks for resigning your lease - the list goes on.

WELL PUT! I couldn't have said it better myself. When you are constantly b*tched at, you eventually respond with an attitude. Everything is as wonderful as you could expect out of an apartment community. Keep up the good work girls!

I am trying to rent an apartment at this place by end of this month. Till now my experience with the staff is very pleasant. I have been looking for a 1st floor apartment in the floor-plan my wife liked, but we could not find one. We settled for 2nd floor apt but I have been constantly bugging them to let me know if I can get a first floor apt before I move in, though I did sign the lease for the 2nd floor apt. They were always responsive and never got irritated by frequent visits/phone calls. I did go around looking for apartments around this area but never did I come across such a pleasant atmosphere/staff. With the limited interaction that I had till now with this staff, I can say that they are the best in this area.
