Security gates do not work MOST of the time, so why have them' Was requested to pay for a maintenance that was not mine. (NOT!) A/C filters unavailable, supposedly out of stock and they have to be requested rather than maintenance routinely replacing. New property management requires a 60 day written notice before moveouts. Month-to-month will return to market rate plus $150 fee. Was given date of 7/17 to have patio cleared for painting. Wrong date given, no painting yet. New management is NOT an improvement. Cigarette smells permeate my apartment because of smoking neighbors, even with all windows & doors closed. HOW TO REMEDY' As with most apartments, a large amount of DAP and/or electrical tape is used for most repairs.
