This is a good place... From: ladydid Date posted: 7/28/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   I have been here for a year after moving to the area from Missouri. The management has changed in the last few months but I have not found any differences between the last management team and the current team. They are pleasant and business like, as they should be. I have had a couple of repair issues and both were taken care of within 24 hours, one of them was a broken drain in the kitchen that happened at 1AM and they were out to fix it 15 minutes, I could not believe it!! They even called the next day to make sure that the repair had been done to my satisfaction. The complex is currently being painted so there are a few minor annoyances but that is to be expected. The only drawback is that the units are not very well insulated and the utilities are through CoServe and the bills are a bit high for us, my husband works for a company that will allow us a substantial discount if I go with TXU so we will be reluctantly moving in September. I agree with the other person that said âWhen you live in an apartment community as opposed to a house, there are certain things you accept as concessions based on that decision - i.e. apartment upkeep/renovation/painting, etc. may not happen on your time schedule. In an apartment community this size, it is expected that painting the entire complex will take a very long time.â Also when you live in ANY apartment you are going to get noise from the other tenants, that is a fact of living in a complex, if you want peace and quite get a house that has lots of space between you and your neighbors so you can not hear them.. I also am not sure what the problem is with having the dumpster outside your door'' I walk out my garage and there is the dumpster, I love it!! How would you like it if you had to walk to a central location to dump the trash' Think about it. Overall this is a GREAT place to live and I would recommend it to anyone.
