The new management of this, ones beautiful spacious apartment complex is careless and ill prepared. This is no longer the place to be. People are leaving.
Gates don't close, my trailer was stolen, nobody seems to care, and security cameras don't work. Not even head office acknowledged my writing. Staff appears to be new at this, sometimes even unfriendly. This new management attracts a different type of clientele. Load music at the pool, dog ---- and trash everywhere.
We have had six fantastic years here but that has changed completely with this new management. Be aware that the recently painted black garage and front doors make your garages very hot and the inside entrances obscure/ unsafe.

They did send out a memo about the stolen trailer last week, IIRC.
