Hey dummy, They aren't Fairfield any longer. They are Sherman and Sons. DUH. Fairfield is a great company. When Sherman took over, that's when everything went to ----.

I don't think the rats are smart - they are just ordinary rats. The reason for that is because they leave the dumpsters open and their security gates are broken year around. Sooo, we saw many many visitors coming through at night just dumping off the trash. Duh! Rats like trash and especially the food in there! Did you just fall off the turnip truck or what?
Also... this is now run by Arabs in Vegas. These guys could care less about the rats. Besides that only affects people who live by the dumpsters. You say they are "stupid staffs". Well, you probably need to work on your english a bit. They just pretend to you that they are stupid, but from the moment you sign the lease they are plotting how to steal your money. You end up being the stupid one when they take your cash and leave you on the street... and you KNOW they are laughing about it.
