Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2007
 
The Legends at Ridgeview Ranch appear to be quaint on the outside and located in a decent area. The truth is, crime is right here next door or down the "block". This complex is poorly run and any joy of living is sucked out of you with the first failed maint. request that goes unanswered. Poor conditions that never are fixed nor cared about make this a place you should avoid like a plague.
