If you have a lawyer don't worry about it. They consult their lawyer on everything, and he has no basis in reality. If you have one, you can comit acts of domestic violence on property, and they will go out of their way to lease to you. If you don't have one and complain about it, they will throw BS fines at you to try and shut you up. The security is severly compromised here. They lease to criminals. They have the most restrictive lease I have ever seen, and if they violate it, its ok. If you want out because they do, they will nail you with so many fines, you can't possibly pay it and have no recourse but to get a lawyer to straighten it out, or have it hit your credit. If you get a complaint from someone that complains about everyone, they nail you with 3K plus dollar threats. Do not lease here!!! Do not lease any where near building 4. The lady in --- has complained about every neighbor here including an employee, people in other buildings and kids playing in the common areas. The apartment complex's response is to levy fines without even talking to the person being accused. Stay away from building 1, because its over run with drugs, and the kids doing them vandalize cars. The police are there all the time, but can't get a handle on it. They evict with out notice, they levy huge fees for changing apartments, even if it's related to a criminal they lease to. This place is all about punishing the residents in any way shape or form to get more money, even if they are good people that always pay rent and are courteous neighbors. There's a normal amount of maintenence issues for an apartment this age, but be aware if you have big ticket problem like an AC, you are out of luck. All of the units are over run with ants, so get some baits. There's no way anything they do is leagal, so as long as you have a lawyer you are fine. People are bailing out of here like rats of a sinking ship, and the complex's response is to screw who's here because there's always someone else dumb enough to lease waiting in line. Don't be that person.

ALMOST EVERYTHING YOU SAY IN THIS IS TRUE. BUT I WANTED TO POINT SOMETHING OUT. I realize you believe that there are criminals in this place, but you have to understand that this place is looking for CASH. They can't get anyone to rent their apartments, and this is a good source of cash for them. Besides, criminals have very good networks and word-of-mouth is the best advertisement. But most of all, my guess is that 80% of these criminals are on parole. Remember they paid their time to society in prison. I mean why do you think we saw so many of these guys down at the pool? You know, the tattoos, the smoking, the drinking, the bad language... the drugs... BECAUSE THERE ARE NO POOLS IN PRISON! Give these guys a break.
