I have lived at the Legends for over FIVE years and still going. I love the apartments themselves, as they were originally built by Fairfied Properties, LLC. The previous staff was awesome, when they were managed by Fairfield. And I know a few residents that have been here as long as I have that didn't like the change. Everyone usually hates change in the beginning...
However, I love Kim with the Sherman Group. She is always friendly, professional and pretty much I can count on her for anything. Just go see her. She is wonderful and does her job excellent. From a work order to get pushed through, to my renewal getting typed up quickly, I can count on Kim. Also, Armanda has been pretty effecient, as well.

I totally agree about Kim. The others seem to be "off" one day and nice or helpful the next. I hate how sometimes whoever's in the main office will just ignore people needing help while they sit with someone to sign a lease, etc. - it seems they could at least acknowledge other people. HOWEVER, that said, Kim has been unfailingly pleasant and helpful. No matter the day or how many people are there, she always takes care of each person as quickly - AND as politely - as she can.

Uhh... Get a clue? You actually wonder "why" they don't pay attention to you when someone else is looking at an apartment??? Hello? Let's do the math! Probably 9 out of 10 people has an issue, toilet broken, garage door broken, lights out, ac broken, you name it. Plus the people who have these issues ARE NOT COMING FOR THE FIRST TIME AND THEY ARE REALLY MAD. So, if you were Kim and you were making a commission off of the next sucker that walked in, would you do the same thing? OFCOURSE YOU WOULD. Remember, they make good money off these suckers, especially those who do not have an attorney. Their favorites are people who cannot defend themselves so they can take their money... you know they are just laughing their tails off whenever someone decides to go on to greener pastures.

i totally agree about kim, she was the one who leased to us and was always so wonderful. throughout our two years living here, she has never failed us. but things have changed, another management shift forced kim out for somehow, supposedly, not being FRIENDLY, or PERKY enough!! this is bull. she was the most helpful person there and i can't believe they forced her out. i feel so bad for her... and while i'm sure the new mgmt means well, they could definitely take a lesson from her in helping their tenants with important issues (like a two month long flea infestation no matter how many times we bombed? i don't think so. that is not ok.)
