I was going to lease at the Legends BUT after being lied to several times about pricing, unit availability, and features, I decided to move to another community. The Manager ------ and --- admitted they made mistakes but did not want to compensate me for any of their wrong doings. After I changed my mind, I was then told the administrative fee was "non-refundable!!!" This is ridiculous! If they had delivered great customer service and stuck to their word (that means HONESTY-to the staff at the Legends if you read this!), I wouldn't have leased at another community. But because they couldn't and wouldn't, I had no other choice but to lease elsewhere. Imagine already having arguments with the staff and you haven't even moved in yet. It really doesn't give you a good feeling. I honestly have better things to do than argue with some apartment employees. The staff is so unorganized and have no idea what they are doing, it really amazed me. They will show you units and tell you that they have a certain unit available, but they will be lying!! I have wasted so much time dealing with these un-professional people that it makes me sick! I am writing to their corporate office just to let them know how ridiculous this whole ordeal has been...and I'm sure I'm not the only one! This is the least I can do to save someone else from going through this mess!
