I have never had a major complaint about this place. It is very quite and always keep clean. The people in the office are very kind. If you happen to come take a look at this place and decide to live here, you will not be disapointed. If you talk with Kim, you will find that her friendly personality and caring heart is always trying to help you in your best interest and she always calls me "sweetie" she is such a wonderful person and a great perfessional. I always find it very esy to talk with her! And Max is such a sweetheart, he shows genuine feelings and is such a hard worker. both of them together make a great team!!! (If you do read this, I personaly want to say thank you!) Debbie and Armanda can be a little direct at times. But I am in a manager position and understand you have to be a good hard rock for your coworkers. However, even with the office staff being as great as they are. I do have one small thing I want to let you know, the maintenance here can be a little slow. But if you keep the office up todate if something was not completed. They are pretty good about putting things in to gear.

I would like to respond to your comments. First, "PUT THE CRACK PIPE DOWN". Kim has NO POWER TO DO ANYTHING. Want something fixed? Ha! Want to ask a question? Ha! Good freaking luck. Kim is along for the ride. "Debbie and Armanda can be a little direct at times." Well, gee. That is really polite, but you left a lot out. You are deceiving others, get a clue. "Direct", or you freaking serious? These women will take your security deposit and whatever else they want and they won't even flinch. Hard seasoned artists who work for arabs in las vegas who run this dirty joint.
