I totally agree with the previous comment - Max is wonderful to work with. He is very knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, professional, courteous. When he says he is going to do something, it gets done immediately. My apartment and garage were clean and smelled very nice. My neighbors are really friendly too. I would highly recommend living here.

GET A CLUE. Do you think "Max" runs the place? Do you think some poor soul who moves in will be able to have "Max" help them? Sir, use your brain. Arabs in Vegas run this place and they go through personnel like free ice cream in a park. You need to think about others, and talking about this "Max" is making this place seem like it's a good deal. In fact, people will have their money taken from them, deposits taken, penalized for damages they have no power to control. It is really sad, some people do not have the money to pay rent these days, and these ---- slumlords have no conscience, taking away money from these poor people.

It is OBVIOUS that YOU have a problem with Arabs.....that YOU left your apartment a mess and had to pay fines for it. Calling this place a slum is totally absurd. You have obviously never lived anywhere near a slum. Legends is absolutely the best apartment experience I had. YOU have obviously had trouble with the front office. Funny, not once in all this time have I EVER had problems with the office. Legends is a WONDERFUL place to live. And you are an immature jerk
