I lived here for a year, and am only moving because I started a new job across town and am tired of driving. The management has been helpful and gracious every time I talk to them. My only complaint here is that they do not consider a dead AC unit an "emergency", which is DANGEROUS in the Texas heat (what if I had a pet that died because of the heat'''). My AC unit died last summer while I was at work, and while the maintenance guy came out pretty quick, he was not able to resolve the issue that night and I had to spend the night at a friend's place because it was cooler outside than it was inside my apartment (in July). They resolved the issue over the next couple months (ended up replacing everything that could be replaced relating to the AC unit) and I have had no problems since. The grounds are generally very neat; however, residents tend to let their dogs pee/poop in the grass right by front doors, which is really irritating since I don't like the smell of dog poop on my shoes when I cut through the grass. Gates work well, I have only seen them broken once or twice. I have never been unable to find a parking spot (a couple of late nights I did have to park a little farther than usual). They spray for bugs frequently. I had an ant problem for about a day, and they came out and sprayed as soon as I let them know, no problems since. I'd definitely recommend living here. I posted this review after living there for a year, so I disagree with some of your claims. Yes, it's bad that they didn't consider a broken AC an "emergency". But that was the worst thing that happened there. Just fyi.
