This by far was the worst renting experience I've had. They show you a nice clean apartment and when you move in, it's nothing like the one you've seen. My apartment was filthy when i moved in. They charge you for every little thing!!! Make sure you give 60 day notice to vacate in person because they will lie and say you never turned it in. These people are the most dishonest, low-life and uncaring staff I've ever met. Maint. is slow and things are always breaking down. Don't be fooled by the fresh coat of paint on the outside, the apartments are trash on the inside. Spend your money elsewhere I wish there was a negative rating because they don't deserve the 1.

I agree. This place has gone down so quickly. I called and asked them if they take section 8 because there has been a tremendous amount of young children running around here at all hours of the night, unsupervised. I don't dare go out after dark anymore, dog or no dog to walk! My lease is up this year and I am out of here! It's funny how the lease you sign when you first move in, never ends up with the same management. Therefore, nothing you think you have settled with management ever holds true to the end of the lease. I was happy when I first moved here, but the change of ownership and staff has brought an unfortunate drop in customer service and has allowed some "not so desireable" tenants to move in on us! It has led me to take steps to protect myself if need be. Be very careful before choosing this place.

In response to the 1st post: One of the best, most simple and straightforward reviews of this place. You hit it right on the head. In response to the 2nd post: I understand your position about the rough crowd. I don't know if they run background checks, I doubt it. I have seen a LOT of prison tattoos at the pool, but I don't think they would hurt you in the day because there are people around. You have to watch it if you have kids because they bring big coolers of beer and get crazy drunk and wild right there. I do believe if you are a male they won't mess with you, and if you are a female you should bring your boyfriend or husband with you just in case. Be safe and God Bless.

i agree. i moved in in August and thought that the deal that i was made was great.After moving in, I was told that the things origionally agreed upon would not be honored. My electric bill is increasing steadily by $200 every month but the apts says that nothing is wrong and the leasing agents r usually EXTREMELY rude when I go in to talk to them abt it.. if there are any other residents that are having simular issues and are fed up then we need to do something. This is outragous. With the economy the way that it is right now, i cant keep paying more for my electric bill than i am paying for rent....
