I've lived here for almost a year. Like many other, I was shown a noce new and clean unit but when it came time to move in I was given a very dirty and un maintained place. I filled out a form with all the issues when i moved in. The refigerator didn't work and the disposal didn't work. After going into the office 3 times they finally sent someone to fix the refrigerator and the disposal still has never been fixed. The manager tried to blame me somehow when I went in the 3rd time to complain about the refrigerator saying I never reprted it being broke. She wasn't the one I had ever talked to so im not sure how she was so sure I never complained. I'll be out very soon. It's way over priced for what you get. Stay away

Sir, what you have explained is the NORMAL experience for anyone who stays at "the legends". Ofcourse, until the usual kook who works there gets paid 5 dollars and writes a nice post. All I have to say is "more power to ya", if you were actually able to get them to come out after only 3 times. YOU WERE LUCKY. Now, if you are moving out be very CAREFUL. The women there taken their orders from the guys who own this joint and they make their money off unsuspecting people. I wish you luck in finding a new place. Look back when it's all over and take a deep breath, and I hope they give you your deposit back, but we know they will take it and laugh.
