Dear lord, where do I begin. I moved into this complex in April of 2004 and it was great!!! It was secluded, quiet, clean and staff for the most part was very helpful. Now Sherwin has taken over a couple years ago and it has gone to hell and a handbasket. Not only did my rent increase dramatically, my safety has decreased!

I am afraid to walk my dogs in the parking lot because of all the unleashed pit bulls running about and the domestic violence from the women putting each other in headlocks and pounding their heads into the ground.
1 man and woman were walking 6 pit bull puppies on leashes and another was throwing one off a ledge to make it mean.

KIDS EVERYWHERE and at all hours of the night. The basketball court has been torn up twice, there are always at least 20 kids playing basketball at all hours of the day. The kids will not get out of the way for cars, they just stand there and watch you as they go about their business slowly crossing the drive way. The other day the kids were literally dumpster diving, all the way in the dumpster and then ripping limbs off the trees (switches) and hitting things with them. Took the garbage out the other day while moving out and there was a huge pile of human feces laying on the ground in front of the dumpster.

Called and inquired if we were a section 8 property and office said no. I am still not sure because of one bedroom apartments with a mother and 3 kids in them. All the kids are LOUD at all hours of the night, the other night one kid was riding his bike thru the parking lot at 4 in the morning. The grown women come out in the evenings and prance about the parking lot at all hours of the night. Taxi's picking them up and dropping them back off. Broken down cars with flats sitting in the parking lot that havent been moved in months. Men hanging out sitting on their cars at all hours of the night harrassing the women that are walking to their apartment.

This place has turned into little Harlem. Police cars here several times. Maintenance is just as bad. They cause more problems than fixing them and it takes days for them to even respond to your concern. When bringing things to the attention of the manager its "oh I will take care of it" and nothing ever gets solved. The main manager walks around on her cell phone all the time in the office and if you go into the office you ALWAYS have to wait.

This place is just TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE!!!! I wouldn't trust living here with all the crime. Its really like the GHETTO projects in a nice neighborhood. You can drive thru the apartment at 10 or 11 at night and there are people out everywhere walking around like its mid day just sitting on cars, stairwells and kids sitting on the curb. When night falls, this place really lights up!!!

Stay far far away from this dump. Dont be fooled if they take you on a tour during the day, thats when all the kids are at school and its quiet. Also, check at the back of the complex. Thats where all the riff-raff is. If you must rent here, drive thru at about 10 at night and you can really see how this place is. BuLYzGcKAVo8MQPlcXJq

Yeah, I agree. This place is a ghetto situated next to a landfill transfer station. Do not move here you will be very very very very very SORRY!!!!!
