maintenance with attitude

we have been here 8 years and it has gone down drastically over the last 2 years.we get tired of calling out maintenance people that always have attitude when they get here,we get the same guy all the time, he fixes the dishwasher by messing with the pipes under the sink, he leaves then we find out our garbage disposal has stopped working.so we call them back and they blame US for the garbage disposal not working (when he has obviously messed with the pipes under the sink)because theres tiny fragments of glass in there that you can hardly even see.their philosophy is "blame the tenant" and even if a tenant has damaged something accidently what gives these maintenance people the right to give attitude to tenants! if i gave attitude to my customers in my job id be fired no question! infact legends at ridgeview ranch should be paying me because i have to unblock there toilet at least once a week,we've been told the toilet is old and will be replaced , that was a year ago!
and is there any apartment here that has actually been updated'''' all the fixtures are old, we dont even have handles on our kitchen draws! and for the price there charging here you'd be better off moving into a brand new apartment at the estancia for virtually the same price.
do the right thing, stay clear of this place.
