If I can keep one person from moving into this hell hole I will feel like I have accomplished something. I just moved out after 4 years. When I first moved in, I sent a letter to the office and to corporate regarding the carpet in my place. They told me that my apartment was one of the last ones to have this carpet and it would be replaced when I renewed. I renewed and it was never touched. I bought 3 vacuum cleaners while I lived there because it raveled around the brush and burnt up the motor. My move out bill included $600 for new carpet. This past year, the place has become a haven for thugs, drugs, prostitution, and pit bull breeding. The pools are nasty and oily, the hot tub is full of hair, the basketball goal is constantly torn down, young kids roam the complex late at night unsupervised, the good people are moving out because of the Section 8 atmosphere they forced upon us. Don't go here! You can move to South Dallas for a much cheaper price and have the same living situation. I don't know how those people in that office sleep at night.
