Problems with Parking & Trash

Unless you rent a garage you will find trouble parking your car. There is not enough parking area in this apartment. Don't come after 8 pm.
Also every friday night, you will notice some guys screeching their cars & bikes in Towne Sqaure.
The apartment management never follows the scheduled Trash pickup. It is always a nightmare. If you stay in the First floor, you have to close your patio door inorder to prevent odor from getting in.

Not true! I live in this complex, and my trash is ALWAYS picked up when it is supposed to be. This person must be looking at the schedule wrong or something. I've never heard cars and bikes screeching, but maybe that's because I'm not sitting at home on a Friday night! Also, about having to "close your patio door"...why would you leave it open in the first place???
