I agree that it is going downhill. The trash is left out at all time without anything being done about it. People let their dogs poop all over the place and do not pick up. Even though they have installed poop-bag dispensers, they have not tried to enforce the rules.
Parking is a nightmare for anyone with two cars, and the condition of everything is getting pretty bad... pool, pool furniture, landscaping, maintenance.

I live in this complex, and I think it's beautiful. There is never trash anywhere, I go running around the complex every day after work and it is so clean and nicely kept. I've never stepped in any dog poop, in fact I rarely see it, and anyone who lives in an apartment knows that you will always have that problem, what can you expect management to do about it, they can't be everywhere at once. And I would imagine that anyone with two cars would have trouble parking in an apartment complex.
