Totally uncooperative and does not care what is going on in the apartments. Only is worried about the bottom line. Terrible manager and you can tell the staff can't stand her. They do not respond to problems at all. Don't move here - they look great - but you will receive horrible customer service

This is not true at all...in fact the manager isn't even a woman! This complex has the nicest apartment staff that I've ever encountered, the customer service has been phenomenal. I would absolutely recommend it to anyone.

Sorry, metalgoddess, but the manager IS a woman and has been the SAME woman for well over a year - and like the other poster said, interested in the bottom line only. I know several of the employees and yep...they can't stand her. This place has gone down, down, down since she took over.

Wow metalgoddess21, Cindy is a man? That is quite interesting. She was always pretty feminine when I was in there complaining on a weekly basis. Metalgoddess, you obviously don't live here or work here, so what is the deal?
