i've lived here for 6 months now and it's ok. i live here because i got a great deal on my rent. however, this place needs improvement. the walls are thin, so i can hear my neighbor make noise next door, hear people pounding up the outside staircase, and hear the air condition/heating rumble below me. there is always poop EVERYWHERE! you always have to watch where you walk in the grass constantly to avoid stepping on poop. they have poop dispensers but nobody uses them. there so called free breakfast is inconsistent. they are supposed to have it twice a month but if they have a major even going on during the month, they take one of the breakfasts away so it's more like once a month. garbage is always out because they come and pick up the trash too early. they expect for you to wake up before 8am that day to dump trash. you're not allowed to dump the night before. during their luau, i heard lots of screaming and noise out my window and i saw drunkened staff people outside. very inapproriate at 1am in the morning making noise for a long time. management is a bit rude and very clicky. my electric bill is very high. the insulation is bad here. in other apts i averaged about 45-50 dollars a month and i've lived in apts for 5 years. here it's double if not more. and the unit is extremely loud and inefficient. the computers are always down and the copy/fax machine NEVER works and no one cares to fix it.

Oh no, so sometimes they don't give you FREE breakfast...cry me a river! Most of the time they do it, maybe you're just missing out, because I go all the time. My trash is always picked up on time, maybe you should check your clocks to make sure they're right, because they have never ONCE left my trash outside. I've also rarely seen and NEVER stepped in any dog poop. Besides, every apartment has that problem, it's up to the tenants to take care of that. That is not the management's fault, all they can do is ask people to pick it up.

I used to live at this property and I have to say, the first review is right on the money, this response by metal goddess is way off. Metal goddess must be an employee of the property. This is by far one of the best looking places to live in the daytime, but the worst to live in anytime. Rent is way too high, there is trash everywhere, animal excrimants are all over the place. The structure is poorly constructed because you can hear everything going on in your neigbors apartment and outside of your own. The staff is the worst, if they even smell work coming on, they run. Horribly run property! Don't move here!!!

I have to agree with the original poster and Modano21. It's not a case of them NOT picking up the trash, but the trash being picked up at inconsistent times AND people putting the trash out on days NOT on pick-up schedule and management doing nothing to enforce it. As for breakfast and the sarcastic "cry me a river" comment...breakfast is one of the "amenities" that is offered and part of the steep rent. Like other "amenities," it is one of the first things to go. Sorry. My rent INCLUDES those amenities. I would have never moved in here with this exorbitant rent without those "amenities."
