I have lived here for almost a year and loved it. I am moving to Austin and hopefully I can find a complex similar to this one. I don't know why everyone has complaints about management but I have never had a problem with management. When I first moved in a few things needed to be fixed and within a week they were fixed. Later I had asked for something else to be fixed and it did take a little longer than it should, but it got fixed.
Parking does suck at night....I have gotten in at 2 or 3 am at times and there is no parking. When I go out at that time I have to park far far far away from my building.
I have no noise complaints either. I live on the third floor and I hear no neighbors...maybe i am just lucky to have quiet neighbors. Other residents are very friendly here.
I would highly recommened this complex to people. I love the larger one bedrooms with the island kitchen...very large apartment and not that expensive.
Everything from shopping, restaurants, and everything you need is really really close.
I wish I could continue to live here but it is time to get back to Austin.

I doubt that this person actually lives or lived here. If they did, they are deaf and blind!
