The Lincoln @ Towne Square Apartments are a member of the Apartment Assoc. of Greater Dallas, Texas Apartment Association, and the National Apartment Association. It has been our experience that very often negative comments posted on this website are by residents who have been evicted for nonpayment of rent or other lease violations or who have never actually lived on the property. Be cautious in assuming the truthfulness of postings by anonymous persons who refuse to disclose their identity. We recommend that visiting with current residents onsite is a more reliable method of obtaining third-party opinions about our apartment community and its management.

I lived on this property for over a year and have met two other reviewers who have commented on this property negatively. I lived here complaint free, and was always in good standing with rent. I left this property at the end of my lease term of my own free will due to a job transfer. I stand behind my review of this property. I have lived in six apartment communities, most older than the Lincoln, and all better than that property. Judging on a place to live isn't all about the looks, it is also about the staff and the people they allow to live on their property. Unfortunately this property is poorly run and the tennants are mostly minors. This is in addition to horrible parking, pet feces everywhere, and loud noise at all hours of the night. The former courtesy officer for this property even believed it was a bad place to live when the leasing office staff would party all night in their apartments and up at the pool. It is definitely inappropriate to see the workers drunk on property. The reviews that this property has received, and there are a lot of them, are mostly negative. Most of the positive reviews on here are posted by the staff of this property. There is a reason why these reviews are so negative, so spend your hard earned money down the street, Frisco and Plano have better to offer! I lived there, always paid my rent on time and caused no problems. I saw drunk staff, partying at all hours, fighting with residents and each other.
