The main problem is the huge electric bill. We are in a 2 bedroom 2 bath and our electric bill was $250 this past month and we keep it at 80. Also you can smell cooking from other apartments and you can hear your neighbors. A very pretty complex but with $1100 a month for rent and a $250 a month electric bill plus $25 for water; it should be pretty.
