I have lived here for quite a while. I have always tried to be a good tenant and have heard so many tenants complain about the office girls. I have always said that they were very nice(boy what an idiot I am). I just found out that they were telling my neighbors terrible things about me. I have also heard them say unpleasant things of other tenants. Once I was told they never give out tenants names when there is a complaint. Well, Several of my friends in my bldg. have told me some terrible things that have been said about me. This is very unproffesional. I have always looked out for neighbors, introduced myself and have always tried to keep problems from going to the office. I have turned in lost keys, called in pools overflowing, returned access cards that were lost (5 xs) helped clean up after partys, for what to be told by my friends and neighbors that I complain' & iam nosey' People complain when office personnel don't care about their tenants. They smile to your face &talk behind your back. I have always thought that when I called in I was trying to help-the times I have complained were always when it was valid. Who wants to hear their neighbors dogs bark all nite or hear a young girl get beaten up by a boyfriend. I am upset that I have stuck up for the personnel & to find out that they are calling me names to my friends....Too many people have said that they have had this happen to them. Dominion needs to address mngmnt as well as employees (they know who they are)! Matter of fact, I was once told that they do not share personal info. w/ other tenants' I will not call in if the bldg is on fire. My feelings are hurt because I thought these people were very nice and I have never meant to upset anyone. I care about my neighbors and I try to watch out for them as well as the property(I am not nosy) maybe you people don't really understand what nice means. I will not complain to my neighbors about this but I will not attend any partys or say how nice the staff is ever again. I had no idea that I was being talked about and just feel very sad that I always stuck up for the girls in the office when so many people said they were -------. I will not lower myself to conversations w/ neighbors cutting the staff down because I am not in High school anymore and I have some integrity. I am just flabbergasted that I was so naive to think these people were kind. The reason this place is going to hell is the people who work here that don't give a crap about the people who are genuinly trying to be good people. Also, I have always been very apologetic when I have had to call in (Maybe except the times my druggy neighbors continually kept my family & my other neighbors awake) and nothing was done. I always came to the office or called when I could not talk to the person who was causing the problem. Every time, it was not just myself but the entire bldg/ that was upset & they would come to me to go in because they were afraid. What is the point of throwing mixer partys for neighbors to get to know eachother when your office personnel already inform your neighbors what an ------- you are! I'm sure you will know who is writing this but you should be ashamed for your error because I do have alot of people here who really know I am a desent person and don't try to cause problems. Several have thanked me for watching out for them as well as not being gossipy. I will not say bad things about your staff to any tenants. It would be nice if you all could learn to do the same.

Your so right! All those girls in that office are drunk at all events, snobby, and totally unprofesional. I wonder if the people who run this place know whats going on.
