I have been a resident of Lincoln for six years and must say that I do not agree with some of the negative reviews! Linciln is a well run and beautifully maintained complex with a park like atmosphere. They stick by their rules wich is great for the people that want a nice setting. Their maintenance dept is superb and most repairs are done the same day you request it even though the normal lease says that a complex has seven days to respond. Try getting same day service at any AMLI property. They use the full seven days. The office staff is most courteous and helpful and I have never met a rude person there. I believe that these reviews were written by disgruntable people that did not like following the rules that were put in place for our benefit. If people don't want a secure and nice place to live then they shouldn't live here.
If you want pleasant surroundings and a safe place to live then LINCOLN AT TOWNE SQUARE IS THE PLACE TO LIVE!!!!!!

Why is this same review posted twice? Hmmmmm, to boost the ratings? I followed the rules 100% of the time, never late on rent, caused no problems but still got %#*! from the office staff. What kind of rules does the office staff have? NONE! Unprofessional wannabees!!!!!!!
