I believe that the negative reviews are from actual tenants and the positive ones are from staff. During my time here, I encountered rude, drunk, loud office staff that could care less about you once you sign that lease! The grounds are sad, make sure to watch out for dog excrimant! The maintence staff does respond in a timely manner, but it isn't fixed the first time either. If your ready to park when you come home, get there early or be prepared to walk!!! When your ready to sleep, put in those earplugs because not only can you hear every word your neighbors say, you get "The Fast and the Furious" in the parking lot all night. Mostly young punks that live here, but they do make perfect friends for the office girls who love a good party at the pool. I don't know if Cindy is still the manager, but she surely was horrible! The owning company didn't care too much either, I complained to them multiple times and was ignored. Go somewhere else with your money, this place isn't worth the trouble!
