The reviews on this board come from the miserable people that try to make others miserable. I have lived here for five years with my wife and two children. It is great place to live with outstanding parks, trees, pools, and a terrific location.

The office staff is very friendly and helpfull. Every time I come in they ask me about my family. These sites are a joke because the only ones that write are the ones that create problems and then look for childess revenge when they dont get their way. Be smart, dont fall for the lies of people you would despise. I mean really, who makes that big of a deal about kids playing ball.

The fact is, you probabley have one person that has set up alot names trying to hurt business because they were sent a violation letter.

It really is a nice place but you seem to contradict yourself by saying the only ones that write on these "joke" sites are the ones that cause problems to get their childish revenge(by the way you mispelled childish) You are on this site sir and you are anonymous. GO figure that someone with good things to say would stick to the "Good Things" and not worry about what other peoples negative comments are. I never had a problem with kids playing ball just big, loud, drunk kids playing volleyball all hours. As for your family I'm sure they are polite and ask how they are, but do really think they are just as polite to everyone? Someone up there should really get a clue to all the comments about the staff and their off hours conduct(drinking) unless this is ok with the management. If you really open your eyes you will see that these all cannot be lies and maybe some truth to the comments are real but that is only if your smart enough!

Sad, Sad, Sad!! Windows2100. Sounds like to me, that you are one in the same as the person who has been writing these nasty comments. My advise to you is "Get a Job" and find more productive things to do with your time.

what the employees do on their off hours is really none of your business or anyone elses. what is important is how they conduct themselves at work. i have been here for almost 3 years now and have been treated with nothing but respect and kindness. i work as a child photographer and was recently promoted and relocated to Arlington. For a few breif moments i thought about moving there, but none of the communities i looked at there were even close to comparing with where i am now. Not only that, but i felt like i was being judged on my appearance and given half-assed information from all of them. it was like they could care less if i was interested. That is something i have never experienced here, and for that reason alone i would recommend this property to anyone.

Yeah, I found this site after looking to move. So I figured I would look at the property where I live now. Did you ever think that over 1000 people live here and the majority like it, so maybe your the one with the problem. Have a hard time making friends or keeping a job? Freaking losers! BTW I read this site frequently now to see what you bitter jackasses will write next.

I lived here in 2000-2002 and still have friends in the neighborhood. It is a great complex.
