Nice apartments
Nice buildings
Pool is nice
Park in the middle of the community
"The Bad"
No gates (so anybody can drive through or use the pool in the middle of the night)
No parking (may have something to do with unauthorized people living here)
Traffic(construction on the roads in all directions, just opened a road from Preston now everyone cuts through)
Parties(just love coming home at night and seeing drunks yelling "who da hell are you" from their balconies)
"The Ugly"
Dog poop(Yeah it is everywhere! Guess what happens when it gets real hot outside, you guessed it dog poop baking! Smells great!)
Cars broken into(may have something to do with no gates)
Trash everywhere(Oh God please dont let anymore trash letters end up on my door for my neighbors trash)
Office staff(what ever happened to that nice girl that moved me in, now she is a total B.)

Actually, there are plenty of us who consider the whole "no gates" thing a plus. It's one of the reasons we moved here. Living in an apt community with gates is hell when they don't work most the time anyway....and the gates are LOUD if you live anywhere near them. Otherwise, I agree with your "NO" rating.
