Bad neighbors who are rude. Trash everyplace, loud music, young kids who stay up and feel the need to run up and down the stairs all night. The rent is way to much and the electric bill well don't even think you will have one under 150.00 in the summer unless you are not using you air. It's not worth your time. And in the winter I never used my heat in a 2 bedroom and it was 140.00 every time. You can feel the air come threw the cracks in the doors. Oh and the rats that I had. I think it was from my nasty neighbors that lived up stairs and of course the office did nothing.
But if your young and want to party and don't care about anything around you..WELL this is the place.

I agree.... its sad that I moved out two years ago and this place is even worse.

I have lived here for two years and have many friends who live here. We have NEVER experienced any of these problems. The property is beautiful and the office staff does help when they need to.

The response on 6/16/2006 is completely false. The post has got to be from one of the office staff. The office staff's children are the wild and crazy children running like they own the place. I am breaking my lease. Ridiculous! They have DONE nothing to impove any of the problems here. AND THEY ARE MAJOR!!!!!!! I have been here for years. Enough is enough. I guarentee you'll have a hard time finding people happy here, other than the office staff that lives on property. They do as they please, so of course they love it!
DON'T MOVE HERE YOU'LL REGRET IT!!!!!!!!!!!
